Ingredients

  • 4 cupsย fresh broccoli floretsย (bite-sized)
  • 1 cupย shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slicesย bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ยฝ cupย red onion, finely chopped
  • ยฝ cupย mayonnaise
  • 2 tbspย apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbspย sugarย (or sweetener)
  • ยฝ tspย salt
  • ยผ tspย black pepper

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prepare Broccoli

  • Wash and cut broccoli into small florets
  • Optional: blanch for 1โ€“2 minutes if you prefer softer texture

2. Cook Bacon

  • Cook bacon until crispy
  • Let cool, then crumble

3. Make Dressing

In a bowl, mix:

  • Mayonnaise
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Sugar
  • Salt & pepper

Stir until smooth and creamy


4. Combine

  • In a large bowl, add broccoli, cheese, bacon, and onion
  • Pour dressing over
