Ingredients

- 6 slicesย bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ยฝ cupย red onion, finely chopped
- ยฝ cupย mayonnaise
- 2 tbspย apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbspย sugarย (or sweetener)
- ยฝ tspย salt
- ยผ tspย black pepper
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare Broccoli
- Wash and cut broccoli into small florets
- Optional: blanch for 1โ2 minutes if you prefer softer texture
2. Cook Bacon
- Cook bacon until crispy
- Let cool, then crumble
3. Make Dressing
In a bowl, mix:
- Mayonnaise
- Apple cider vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt & pepper
Stir until smooth and creamy
4. Combine
- In a large bowl, add broccoli, cheese, bacon, and onion
- Pour dressing over
- Toss until everything is well coated
5. Chill
- Refrigerate forย 30 minutesย to let flavors blend
