Low Carb Dark Chocolate Loaf with Crunchy Peanut Butter Topping

2 and 1/4 cups almond flour

1/2 cup Black Cocoa Powder

1/2 packet Swiss Cocoa (CF)

1Tbsp Hersey Cocoa (unsweetened)

1 Tbsp baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 cup Serve Granulated Sugar

1/4 cup Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 Large eggs

1 Tbsp coconut oil

1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Toppings:

Sugar free Skippy Peanut Butter

Sugar free Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions 👇🏽

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl add flours, cocoa powders, baking powder, salt, swerve sugar, and mix together.

3. Then add eggs, vanilla extract, coconut oil, almond milk, and stir together.

4. Fold in chocolate baking chips.

5. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes then let cool.

6. While cooling melt peanut butter in the microwave for 30 second. Until it’s smooth

7. Pour the peanut butter over the loaf

8. Add more chocolate chips if you want
