- 2 lbs (900 g)ย boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packetย ranch seasoning mixย (or 1 tbsp homemade ranch seasoning)
- 8 oz (225 g)ย cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1 cupย shredded cheddar cheese
- ยฝ cupย cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2โ3 green onions, sliced
- Salt & pepper to taste

1๏ธโฃ Prepare slow cooker
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker
- Sprinkle with ranch seasoning
2๏ธโฃ Add cream cheese
- Place cubes of cream cheese on top of chicken
- Cover and cook onย low 3โ4 hoursย or until chicken is cooked through
3๏ธโฃ Shred chicken
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks
- Return shredded chicken to slow cooker
- Stir in cheddar cheese and cooked bacon
4๏ธโฃ Finish & serve
- Top with sliced green onions
- Serve warm over salad, in wraps, or with cauliflower rice
