  • 1 medium cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 4 cups beef broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for lighter macros)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (adds protein & creaminess)
  • 1 small onion, diced (optional, omit for ultra-keto)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

🍲 Instructions

In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat.
