Step by Step Method
Making these chips is a very fun and easy process that you can even do with your children if you want to teach them about healthy cooking. Follow these simple steps to ensure you get the perfect crunch every single time you bake them.
First you need to preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit so it is nice and hot when you are ready to start cooking. While the oven is warming up you should take a large baking sheet and line it with a piece of parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent the cheese from sticking to the metal.
Next you will take your shredded mozzarella cheese and create small circular piles on the baking sheet. Each pile should be about one tablespoon of cheese and you should make sure to leave at least two inches of space between each pile because the cheese will spread out as it melts and gets bubbly.
Once you have your cheese piles ready you will place one or two pepperoni slices right on top of each pile of cheese.
