Ingredients

Cheesecake Base

  • 16 oz (450g) cottage cheese
  • 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sweetener (or to taste)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar substitute (or brown sugar)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add cream cheese, eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla, sweetener, and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture into the baking dish.
  5. Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients together and drizzle over the batter.
  6. Add remaining cheesecake mixture on top and gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 35–45 minutes until the center is set.
  8. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
  9. Serve chilled with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
