Ingredients

  • 2 cups (450g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener or honey (optional)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
