🍫 High-Protein Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
  • 1 bottle chocolate protein shake (about 10–12 oz / 300–350ml)
  • ¾ cup high-protein Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 large egg (optional, for extra moisture and structure)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter
    • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
    • Line a muffin tray with paper liners or lightly grease it.
    • Add Kodiak muffin mix to a large bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients
    • Pour in the chocolate protein shake.
    • Add Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract.
    • Mix until a smooth batter forms. Do not overmix.
  3. Add chocolate chips
    • Fold chocolate chips gently into the batter.
    • Reserve some chips to sprinkle on top.
  4. Fill muffin tray
    • Divide batter evenly between muffin cups, filling about ¾ full.
    • Add extra chocolate chips on top.
  5. Bake
    • Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  6. Cool & serve
    • Let muffins cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
