Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds, walnuts, pistachios, or mixed nuts (for topping)
  • Extra blueberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Add blueberries to a bowl and mash or blend until slightly smooth.
  2. Mix in Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup.
