🧾 Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) corn, drained (or 3 cups frozen corn, thawed)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese
  • ½ cup milk or heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional add-ins: chopped jalapeños, green onions, cooked bacon bits

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.

2️⃣ Mix base
In a bowl, whisk cream cheese, melted butter, milk, and eggs until smooth.

3️⃣ Combine
Stir in corn, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and any add-ins.

4️⃣ Bake
Pour into dish. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.

5️⃣ Rest & serve
Cool 5–10 minutes before serving.
