🧾 Ingredients

  • 24 Golden Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 5 tbsp melted butter

🧀 Cheesecake Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

🍪 Oreo Layer

  • 12 Golden Oreos, chopped

✨ Topping (optional)

  • Whipped cream
  • Extra crushed Golden Oreos
  • White chocolate drizzle

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Make crust

Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter.
Press firmly into a lined 8×8 dish.
Chill 10 minutes.


2️⃣ Make cheesecake filling

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip cream separately to stiff peaks.
Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.


3️⃣ Assemble

Fold chopped Oreos into filling.
Spread over crust evenly.


4️⃣ Chill

Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.


5️⃣ Serve

Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos before slicing.
