Instructions:
1. Blend the Base
- Add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt to a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Adjust Texture
- Add almond milk slowly if the mixture is too thick.
- Blend again until you get a fluffy mousse-like texture.
3. Chill
- Transfer into small jars or containers.
- Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours for a thicker, cloud-like texture.
4. Add Toppings
Top with:
- Dark chocolate chips
- A sprinkle of sea salt
- Cocoa powder
- Fresh berries (optional)
