Ingredients:
Yogurt Base:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla, preferably high protein)
- 2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Blueberry Swirl:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, enhances blueberry flavor)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Blueberry Swirl
- Add blueberries, honey, and lemon juice to a small saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until the berries soften and release their juices.
- Mash lightly with a spoon, leaving some small blueberry pieces.
- Let the blueberry mixture cool completely.
Step 2: Make the Yogurt Mixture
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Step 3: Create the Swirl
- Add the yogurt mixture into a silicone mini muffin tray or ice cube mold.
