💪 Approximate protein
Using Greek yogurt and a protein powder containing about 24 g protein per scoop, the recipe provides approximately 35–40 g protein per serving, depending on your brands and quantities.
Tip: For an even thicker, milkshake-style version, use frozen Greek yogurt or add ½ frozen banana.
