Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) chocolate protein shake, preferably 30 g protein per bottle
- 1 package (about 1 oz / 28 g) sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
- ½ cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: 1–2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener, to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips or shaved chocolate for topping
Instructions
- Add the liquid: Pour the chocolate protein shake into a large mixing bowl or blender.
- Add pudding mix: Sprinkle in the sugar-free chocolate pudding mix.
- Add the creamy ingredients: Add Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend or whisk: Mix for 1–2 minutes until completely smooth and thick.
- Adjust sweetness: Taste and add sweetener if desired.
- Portion: Divide the pudding among 5–6 small containers.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours. The pudding will become thicker as it chills.
- Serve: Enjoy cold. Add berries, chopped nuts, or a little dark chocolate on top if desired.
