Instructions
- Add the frozen berries, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, milk, honey, vanilla, and protein powder to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- For a soft-serve texture, serve immediately.
- For scoopable ice cream, transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2–3 hours.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
- Top with fresh berries, coconut flakes, or a sprinkle of chia seeds.
