  • ยฝ cupย shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16โ€“20ย pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbspย sugar-free pizza sauce
  • ยผ tspย Italian seasoning
  • ยผ tspย garlic powder

Optional:

  • crushed red pepper
  • grated parmesan
  • chopped basil

  1. Lay tortillas flat.
  2. Spreadย 1 tbsp pizza sauceย on each tortilla.
  3. Add mozzarella cheese evenly.
  4. Place pepperoni slices on top.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Roll the tortillas tightly like a burrito and secure with toothpicks if needed.
