Instructions
- Make the chocolate cream:
Add Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, and sweetener to a large bowl. - Whisk until smooth:
Mix thoroughly until the cocoa is completely incorporated and the mixture becomes thick and creamy. Taste and adjust the sweetness if needed. - Create the layers:
Spoon a layer of chocolate cream into a glass baking dish. Add a thin layer of crushed sugar-free cookies if desired, followed by another layer of chocolate cream. - Repeat:
Continue layering until the dish is filled, finishing with the chocolate cream. - Top:

For an especially smooth texture, use full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt. If you want it lighter, nonfat Greek yogurt works too.
