JUICY SHRIMP & CREAMY AVOCADO BOWL (SIMPLE RECIPE)

A fresh, high-protein, low-carb meal with tender shrimp and rich avocado—light but very satisfying.

INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2)

SHRIMP:

250–300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

1 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

1 tbsp lemon juice

BOWL BASE:

1–2 ripe avocados (sliced or cubed)

½ cucumber (sliced or diced)

½ cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

2 tbsp red onion (thinly sliced)

2 tbsp fresh coriander or parsley
