Keto Thin-Crust Pizza (Crispy, Cheesy & So Satisfying!)

🍕 Ingredients

For the Crust

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 cup almond flour

1 large egg

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch of salt

For the Sauce

½ cup sugar-free marinara (Rao’s or similar)

½ tsp oregano

¼ tsp garlic powder

Toppings

Use what you love—example based on the picture:

More shredded mozzarella

Pepperoni

Bacon bits

Banana pepper rings

Parmesan cheese

Italian seasoning

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat

Set oven to 425°F (220°C).

Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.

2. Make the keto crust

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 45–60 seconds).

Stir until smooth.

Add almond flour, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.

Mix until a dough forms—knead with your hands if needed.

3. Shape the crust

Place dough between two sheets of parchment and roll into a thin circle.

Peel off the top sheet and transfer to your baking pan.

4. Pre-bake

Bake crust 8–10 minutes, or until edges start turning golden.

5. Add sauce & toppings

Spread marinara sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.

Add your toppings (pepperoni, bacon, banana peppers, etc.).

Finish with a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.

6. Bake again

Return to oven and bake 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.

Serve & Enjoy!

Let rest for 3–5 minutes, slice, and enjoy your perfectly crispy keto pizza.
