Loaded Cheeseburger Protein Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 oz lean ground beef (90–95% lean)
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice or cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • ¼ cup diced pickles
  • ¼ cup red onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ avocado, sliced (optional)

Cheeseburger Sauce

  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp ketchup (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
  2. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prepare the bowl by adding lettuce and cauliflower rice or cooked rice as the base.
  4. Top with cooked beef, tomatoes, pickles, onion, cheese, and avocado.
  5. Mix all sauce ingredients together until creamy.
  6. Drizzle the cheeseburger sauce over the bowl and serve.
